As it is with individuals, it is so with organizations or cohesive communities of individuals.

What is the basis and visioning rationale for one's existence? If it is to extract wealth to benefit owners, then a new paradigm will be needed sooner than later.

Consider how "trust, caring, and service" can become part of the life of individuals and organizations. How is it viewed as part of the larger pattern of life and one's existence?

These are not abstract or metaphysical notions, they are at the heart and soul of being. Indeed, there are those individuals and organziations that will persist in extracting wealth from those who will buy what they offer. But such an existence is void of any life-giving soul and cannot sustain a healthy internal personal or organizational environment.

What You Cannot See Will Surprise You

The "future-present" is upon us and is moving into manifestation unimaginably fast. One area to begin is with core values. These are currently overlooked or are ruthlessly mis-applied to influence behavior.

Success, according to the old model, is based on expansive growth and the domination and control of markets, people, and competitors. This so-called "path to success" is an unfortunate extension of old survival and fear-based motivations and conflicts. This is a warfare-based model, plain and simple, and it is very costly in terms of human, social, and financial energy. It destructively consumes those who most identify with such dynamics. What is passed off as "cooperation" today is more a tactical approach to achieve domination and control.

There is Something New

Parallel to the dominant paradigm of polarity, there is emerging a more mature, evolved, and encompassing paradigm based on true interconnectedness and coooperation for the greater good. These new paradigm dynamics are based on factors such as connection, service, and an expression of an innate spirituality that permeates all life.These factors are seen in the types of values and beliefs comprising the various patterns of society. The old paradigm is nearly blind to these new forces.
