A New Vibrational Level of Existence?

What we might call our 3^rd dimensional (3d) reality is being upshifted and along with it, our awareness. The next level up (4d) resembles familiar earth overall and is only a transitory stage. There is a higher vibratory state (5d) that still maintains some semblance of what is familiar, but with greater freedom along with greater connection to one another and to God/Creator. The levels beyond this are increasingly expansive and encompassing.

We are not the first “human race”, nor the last. Of the previous races on Earth, we are not the most advanced technologically, nor the most advanced in terms of consciousness, actually far from it. Those who are paying attention, know this.

 My sense has been that “new earth” is not this one, but a higher vibrational version. As to how this “old“ earth is to be restored and readied to be a “garden of creation” as it was intended to be, I can only speculate about. My “future forwards” suggest massive planetary cleansing and changes to planetary dynamics and the solar system with a new evolution of human living here and a much smaller global population than at present. 

While there are those who would prefer a new way to live, rare few are really doing anything to make this happen. This is partly due to material circumstances that make it very difficult to effect a major change in ones life situation right now, and partly due to denial or disbelief over what is occurring. While there are those who are already more oriented toward 5^th dimensional existence or beyond, there is the bulk of humanity working hard at maintaining the illusion of an existence that cannot be maintained –either consciously or unconsciously.

Relative to a continuity of humans on this Earth, working from a higher state of consciousness and maintaining physical life do not need to be mutually exclusive activities.

Ordinary physical reality, expansively imaged by space telescopy or imagined by human minds, is not all there is to existence. Such a notion is in itself dangerously limiting.

The evolution of humanity is not about some genetic or random circumstantial path leading to the present where a medieval-era human minds now tinkering with atomic technologies. And it is not about building spaceships to inflict a limited and distorted consciousness on other planets or stars. 

It is about the larger processes of the evolution of creation and the development of potential creator beings and it is all about our larger soul being and higher self. It is about a major leap occurring at some point along the way –exactly what is arriving for us now.

 Some people subscribe to notions about “inevitability” of cycles repeating themselves, either at the level of human events or of larger cosmic cycles. Such stories only serve to reinforce a state of imprisonment and have been perpetuated by many non-religious spiritual circles as well as the major religions.

However, there are cosmic level “re-cycling” processes leading to the re-absorbing of energy for new creation work and there are also processes for evolving to new levels of existence beyond what has “come before”. This applies at all levels from souls to all of creation.

What if Nothing Major Happens?

We know there are many who want to believe that there will be no severe earth changes, no economic catastrophe, no massive food shortages, or no officialdom/citizenry run amuck.

This perspective is found throughout the human matrix world, from the “living dead” of the “mainstream” to “imagine everything perfect” of the new age tendencies. In our social science research, around the year 2000, 70% of USA population felt that humanity was headed for serious disasters in the course of this decade, regardless of eventual outcome. Slightly more than half of the study participants also thought that a social and spiritual awakening would make the world a better place to live.

I anticipate most (not all) of the major changes we have described will occur and will be felt at the 3d level of physicality for those who remain heavily engaged at that level. The planetary changes not only help to shake people loose, it also disturbs the control systems, loosening their hold as well –energetically and socially. The degree of severity of these changes is unknown.

If some seers are getting the picture correctly, then for some humans, these changes to physicality will be more like surfing or swimming through the waters, rather than getting “hit” by them full force. The “long train” dreams I and a few others have had recently suggest that there is a sensible coherency to the changes and that human personality memories may be lost in the process of the vibrational “upshifting”.

From the perspective of our greater soul selves, our energy bodies will be made better, upgraded, and entire souls made new. But from the perspective of the human-self anticipating human or planetary catastrophic change, everything may not appear to be fine. Once the human personality self connects with its true self, the process will be easier to go through.

There are no ordinary human solutions to the growing crises, and the main human response is would range from opposition by social unrest to quiet withdrawal. Of those withdrawing, some will actively form new types of cooperative relationships to meet material needs, others will prefer to withdraw more into their inner world. There is also another higher response, one that is not compatible with maintaining the extant reality around us. This is the ascension and transformation process.

In the interim, there are those who are called to create new forms of community. A bridge from the old the new can be made. One side would be positive core values from the old such as “Connection, Service, and Spirituality”, and on the other side, the “new earth” values such as “Caring, Trust, Service within the larger Spiritual Connection”. Such guiding principles can be applied to an individual, family, and as well as large collections of people. Taken with the typology of “Connection, Service, and Spirituality” that was discovered in the IOOW-2000 research, these two sets of principles form a bridge from the old to the new and can be used to guide communities in transition.

Some may ask “why bother”?  The “schedule” is not known and neither is the duration of present humans on this 3d earth. So the deliberate formation of awakened conscious community is one contribution we can make in the “as below” to the larger process. This would represent what remains from the present human settlement of earth that could be worth protecting.

There is the possibility that the entire process may take some years to catch up all who are alive on Earth. Thus, until one “gets the memo” as to personal timing, it is best to proceed with doing what one is most called to, and what would be most beneficial for all concerned.

There are those who are earnestly and fervently trying to explain to those who can hear them, the “whys and wherefors” of what is un-right about this human reality and the importance of struggling to find “solutions”. Yet none present a spiritual perspective and thus what they put forth can never find traction, except among those most angry or among those most naïve to think that “reform” is possible. Among nascent social revolutionaries there is a range of confused and angry thoughts that are hopelessly beyond untangling. We would suggest there is value in adopting an alternative perspective such as “caring with detachment”.

For those busily engaged with new ideas for food or electrical energy, they may well find their work to be of some use in the future, but as long as there is the existence of a global elite, potentially beneficial inventions will never see light of day to benefit humanity, unless they can be used to maintain the elite’s control. This is not loose speculation on my part. It is based upon centuries of well-documented history of the present day global powers that be.

With 6.5 billion people to control, the powers-that-be rely upon layers of high level minions numbering in the tens of thousands to do their bidding. They in turn rely on a network of hundreds of thousands to carry out directives. This network in turn relies upon a larger network of millions of highly influential people who are insinuated into all social, political, and economic structures. Then there is the enormous momentum of force of habit of billions of people who are in a state of enforced somnambulance “under the influence” of the darkness of a global elite. Supporting this process are the “Trojan viruses of the mind”, i.e., the social control memes that engage so many in unconsciously reinforcing a low state of consciousness among themselves and that represent germinal elements from which the “Dark” can resurrect itself, not unlike a hidden computer virus.

Purely for discussion sake, let us assume that no catastrophic changes occur. Thus the global powers-that-be will do what they will do to strengthen their control. People who do not like this will do what they will do, namely mount social revolts. Overall, the powers-that-be will use technologies, including EMF and other radiations, drugs, social control memes, consumer entertainments, and direct compulsion to maintain a compliant population and isolate potential troublemakers.

Some may say that sooner or later enough people will have had enough and will somehow overthrow the-powers-that-be –or quietly secede from their control system. This is not likely. Hundreds of millions died from recent century of wars that were directed by the powers-that-be. Hundreds of millions more were injured and displaced. Where once there was some hope that perhaps there would be enough people rejecting the old ways due to extreme contrasts, this has not occurred. The process of social “meme” engineering and control of information has been so profound that there is no way for humans to change the paradigm they have been enthralled to.

The possibility for humans to find themselves on the brink of catastrophic extinction and have enough mirrored to them of what is wrong, has long been considered to be a sufficient corrective feedback mechanism to help break the hypnosis of the “matrix world”. It is not. Instead it is become a basis for absolute power by the global elite over all of humanity, facilitated by control memes such as false oneness.

 The powers-that-be will not give up their power and there can be no social or political process that they will not find a way to control.

Without the benefit of a major breakdown to the planetary and social environments, humanity would continue to be herded along by those in positions to do so, while continuing the illusions of a limited existence.

Purely for discussion sake, let us also assume that millions of the most “negative” humans are changed somehow, perhaps by coming into a changed consciousness as part of a “collective near-death-experience”. There would still remain the enormous problem of the organization of human and material resources and the reorganizing of billions of human relationships with one another and the planet. Then there would remain the ongoing problem of poisoned and in some areas inhospitable living environments. How are future generations to be born healthy and spiritually encouraged when the air, water, soils, and foods are so toxic?  How many generations will it take and what of the implanted social control memes that infect billions of people? A transition period would be fraught with hardships, and after going through so much already seems to be quite an impossible situation.

The present version of the omni-present ‘matrix world’ must come to an end. There has been no failure on the part of humanity, given its circumstances. It is time for a new evolution of existence. Changes will come about from a combination of catastrophic changes to the planetary environment and to the energetic or vibrational state of reality, stimulated by forces beyond most human imagination.   

This does not require that all human life is ended, but it does mean that the power of the dark control is removed and the human meme-sphere be changed in favor of cooperation and equality and conscious connection to true self.

This does mean the profound alteration of the ego-personality and substantial changes in its memory matrix that the personality’s existence is based upon. The present social-cultural-political-economic paradigm cannot and will not permit this and there are billions of people on this planet who would ensure it does not happen. Understandably, this is all they and their ancestors have ever known and they have no idea how to live any differently. Unfortunately, it is all being programmed into children now.

The possibility of a 5^th dimensional upshift is in the making with the help of higher levels of cosmic intelligence. This process will likely soften or dissolve much of the ego-self personality as it occurs and provide a relatively clearer environment for humanity to discover its true nature and behave much differently. It is too early to say how much of the personality-self memories will be dissolved at this level. At even the initial 5d levels, so many possibilities for existence can be learned and appreciated. (The 4^th dimensional range is only an interim “next level up”, not a vibrational “destination” to settle into.)

This is one scenario and seemingly the preferred course.
