FINDING YOUR TYPE

If your score, for example, from Group One was a "B"; your score from Group Two was a "C"; and your score from Group Three was an "F," finding "B-C-F" in the table below points to the type CSE (Connecting through Self-Exploration).

If your score in Group Two was a "57" (right on the edge), then your score could easily have been "B-D-F," which would mean that you also were close to "Centered in a Material World" (CMW). As we will see in later chapters on social and political strategies, these crossover qualities can lend themselves to bridging the diversity within our society.

In the preceding chapter, we have provided a descriptive profile of each of the 8 Types. How do these fit with your sense of self? Keep in mind that none of these is definitive or restrictive. Any type can develop or move into any of the other types, as their values and beliefs may change.
